Kumu is the platform we use to visualise our Theory of Change — mapping the relationships between outputs, outcomes, and broader impacts in a dynamic, explorable way. It allows you to zoom in on particular areas of interest, explore pathways of change, and see how different parts of our model connect and reinforce one another.
